HEB (HE B) sections are the medium series of the European wide flange beams (Euronorm 53-62). Up to HEB 300 they are square: the depth equals the width (HEB 200 is 200 x 200 mm). They are the most common column section in continental Europe and a frequent choice for heavy beams.
